TAKE THE SURVEY AND EXPLORE YOUR SEXY SIDE!

INSTRUCTIONS:
There are a couple of ways to take the survey:
1) You can cut and paste the complete survey into an email and add your answers (don't forget to use an appropriate alias number before each answer as instructed below).
2) You can respond via email or in comments at bottom of the survey post using the following format: just list the section-question number, followed by your ID number, followed by your answer (example: I-1. 145PB: Male; I-2. 145PB: 53 (7/31/09); I-3. 145PB:bisexual; ...etc.) You may have to comment multiple times do to restriction on length. This is not the easiest way to respond.
3) You can request a printed version that we will send you and you can fill out longhand and return to us via US Mail.
4) you can request an emailed attachment in WORD doc format that you and fill in and return via email. And you can also request that we send you only one section of the survey at a time if that seems less daunting for you.

First thing to do is to pick an ID number between 100-300, followed by your initials. Example: 145PB.
We will post unavailable numbers here as they are taken.

We will also add new questions here as separate posts.

THE FULL INITIAL SURVEY WAS POSTED ON JANUARY 29, 2010. The survey will eventually be the bottom post on this site since it was the first one posted. Please continue thru any later posts for subsequent further questions and information.
